Text Box: The District reserves the right to cancel or modify any class/program. Classes may be cancelled  three (3) days prior to the start date if minimum enrollment is not met.
Full Refunds will be given to cancellations that are requested and received fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the class/program, EXCEPT for trips AND when otherwise noted on your program receipt.  Full Refunds are given when the District cancels a program. 
An $8 service charge is applied to all program refunds requested less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the program.
No refunds are granted once the program has started.
Trip refund requests must be made prior to the tripís registration deadline.  After the trip deadline, a full refund will be granted only if the space can be filled. Full refunds are given when the District cancels a trip.
Refund credit is not given for uniforms, T-shirts, or other supplies that have already been given to the program participant or specially ordered for him/her.
